Custom web applications
We build web products end to end, from the first written spec to production and the releases that follow it. Laravel and PHP on the server, Vue and TypeScript in the browser, with tests and performance treated as part of the build.

How we work
Web projects go wrong when scope is discovered late and quality is postponed. We agree on a spec first, break it into milestones that each end in something running, and put tests and automated deployment in place from the first one. The people who design the system write the code and stay reachable after launch.
Stack
Laravel and PHP on the server, Vue and TypeScript in the browser, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data, Redis and queues for work that should not block a request, PHPUnit for the test suite.
Questions we hear
What size of project do you take on?
The work suits anything from a first version that has to reach users quickly to a product that is maintained and extended for years. Very small one-off tasks are usually a poor fit, because most of the value we add comes from owning the architecture and the release process.
Do you work to a fixed scope or on a retainer?
Both. A first version is normally a fixed-scope milestone at an agreed price, so you know what you are buying. Continuing work is easier on a monthly retainer, where the roadmap can change without a new contract each time.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start by reading the code, the data model, and the deployment, then send a written summary of what we found and what we would change first. Nothing is rewritten before we understand why it was built that way.
